Welcome Freshers to our shiny new website, the home of the University of Warwick Ladies Hockey Club.
First, we recommend you Meet The Exec who will be running the club over the next year. Next, sign up for the forum where all the club banter can be found as well as team sheets for upcoming matches. Make sure you go join Warwick Sport AND Ladies (not mixed) Hockey. This can be done either online here or at the Sports Fair in week 1.
We are one of the biggest and most successful sports clubs on campus, receiving both Club and Individual trophies at the annual Sports Federation Ball in recent years. We have 3 teams competing in BUCS, 2 of which also play on Saturdays in a local league. We cater for all ranges of ability right down to complete beginner.
Saving the best bit until last, our socials! Ladies Hockey is possibly the most sociable club on campus with weekly socials at Pop (R.I.P. Score), with circle held by the fearsome Madame Chairs, as well as Club meals, parties and team socials. Being part of a sports Club is the highlight of most Student’s University time, so make the most it by joining us for another year of Hockey, Purple, Boys, Fresher Ents, Tours…….
